Psalms 136-137

Chapter 136: God of gods, Lord of lords.

            “O give thanks unto the God of gods: for his mercy endureth for ever. O give thanks to the Lord of lords: for his mercy endureth for ever.” (Psalms 135:2-3)

                Again, more scripture that point out that there are other “gods” but only ONE GOD, uppercase vs. lowercase. Give thanks to the Lord in all things, for his mercy endureth forever.

Chapter 137: The Jews Weep

While in captivity the Jews wept by the rivers of Babylon, because of sorrow they could not bear to sing the songs of Zion.
