Psalms 97-98

Chapter 97: The Millennium

The Lord will reign in the Millennium and “Confounded be all they that serve graven images that boast themselves in idols…” (Psalms 97:7) Those who worship anything but the Lord; other gods, money, power, fame, etc. WILL BE CONFOUNDED!

For the Lord “…art high above all the earth… far above all gods.” (Psalms 97:9) The Lord hates evil, but he will preserve the souls of the saints.

Chapter 98: Sing unto the Lord

A Psalm

                Singing unto the Lord is very important and through that we can see the Salvation of the Lord. The Lord will come “…to judge the earth: with righteous-ness shall he judge the world, and the people with equity.” (Psalms 98:9)
